Shipping Methods and Times
Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 Business days after dispatching the Articles within Pakistan, depending on the Inventory Stock. Expedited shipping options may also be available upon special request with additional charges. Shipping charges (if applicable) may vary depending on the weight and city of shipment. All prevalent shipping charges are stated at 'Checkout' and nothing additional is charged.
Shipping Rates
All shipping rates are calculated based on the destination city/country and order weight. International Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country, if any.
Usually Shipping is Free within Pakistan, unless mentioned otherwise at Checkout which is at the discretion of the Shipper.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
Delivery Estimates
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing times(for international orders), and other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs clearance processes, or other factors outside our control.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within the delivery days communicated through our website and/or other modes from time to time.
During holiday seasons, including Public Holidays in originating country or the destination, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. Please place orders in advance to ensure timely deliveries.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately on +92323-2854274 or email us at studiombukhari@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may issue a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or provide a secure delivery location.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal by the recipient, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
If a package is refused by the recipient, a refund will be issued (incase of Paid Order ONLY) for the cost of the products less the shipping charges.
